We are a full contact Karate class based in Thurrock Essex. Our aim is to teach usable and realistic techniques to students of all ages without compromising the moral ethics and values that accompany the Martial Arts. We are a family orientated class and welcome students from 5 upwards, novice or experienced to train in a structured and safe environment.
